The resort is beautiful, the food was great, but the employees made it all the better-top notch customer service, and always helpful and courteous. We are older, but very nice, laid back people, so our room on the ground floor, pool level, right at the waterfall, was a premier spot for us.

Alison, Thanks for the amazing job you did helping us and our 40+ wedding guests to have one of the best times of our lives in Jamaica for our Destination Wedding. Your hard work and dedication made the experience of having a destination wedding an absolute joy. We successfully tied the knot in one of the most beautiful places on earth the Sandals Whitehouse. Everything was perfect and we can't wait to go back!
The logistics from a travel agent's prospective to plan for such a large group must have been a challenge. We just got back a few weeks ago Jade Mountain in St. Lucia, and cannot express enough how fabulous it was! Not only was everyone extremely accommodating, but people went out of their way to ensure our wedding was perfect. By this I mean one of the staff members rode a bike into town to find a brush the day of my wedding that I neglected to pack. Talk about exceeding expectations! This is one of many instances where this resort superseded all others BY FAR! We cannot say enough good things about the Jade! This is a very intimate resort where you don't have the screaming kids or the crazy out of control young adults either- it is adults only. It was perfect and luxurious to say the least! The Iberostar Grand Bavaro Punta Cana was a wonderful adults only property and we can see why it is rated number 1 of all resorts in Punta Cana! We loved it and was a true 5 star property! The food and entertainment were wonderful, as well as the top notch service. Our most favorite part, what we'll never forget, is being able to look at the ocean daily.

I was concerned that Excellence Punta Cana would not compare well to our previous trip to Royal Hideaway in Riviera Maya Mexico, but it did!! The resort itself is very lovely and very clean, well laid out, gorgeous pool and beautiful beach with the softest sand I’ve ever walked on – best beach I’ve ever seen and experienced. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious with many, many options and the drinks were very much enjoyed by all. Did not experience one bad meal!! Perfect destination for those pool/beach lovers seeking luxurious surroundings, really good food, drinks and relaxing atmosphere. I have been working with Barefoot Escapes Travel as my exclusive travel agent for Caribbean vacations for the past three years.
They have arranged 9 separate vacations, not only for us as a couple, but for my family, including my 2 daughters ages 10 and 12, as well.
As a busy professional, taking time away from work is expensive. Spending additional available working hours before departure attending to details, “dotting I’s and crossing T’s” only raises the cost of the vacation and decreases the potential enjoyment that I gain from time away from work.
On every vacation, they been spot-on in their ability to attend to these details, and relieve me of much of the pre-departure detail work necessary to have a good vacation.
Their choice in resorts is excellent, and attention to the customer is way beyond any other agency that I have ever worked with, and their sense of satisfaction in a job well done is notable.
I have been traveling to the Caribbean since 1995, I have used various agencies early on, but I will never use anyone other than Barefoot Escapes Travel in the future.
In a time when travel has become common place, Barefoot Escapes Travel skills and approach to travel projects harkens back to a time when customer service and customer satisfaction were the primary goal of travel agents. They are a rare find in today’s Internet oriented travel environment.

Selecting Barefoot Escapes Travel was such a great decision. I asked for help on a Honeymoon message board and quite a few of the girls quickly responded with Barefoot Escapes Travels name. I sent an email to Alison and she responded within minutes. She worked with my husband and I through every detail. She helped us choose the best location for our budget and was very accommodating. We had a Garden Suite initially. Upon arrival we learned we were upgraded to a Beachfront Suite. It was GORGEOUS. When Alison called and wanted to call and say hello, she had trouble finding us. There was confusion with our name and room. Alison went out of her way to make sure we were okay and had checked in. It showed she really cared about us and our well being. I look forward to planning our next trip with Barefoot Escapes Travel. I couldn't recommend Couples Tower Isle enough. I loooove that place.

My husband and I just returned from our Honeymoon at Zoetry Paraiso De La Bonita in Riviera Maya. I cannot say enough about this place, it was romantic, beautiful, gorgeous, and totally pampering. I can not rave enough about the team at Barefoot Escapes Travel each one of their staff I personally know and are true ROCKSTARS in the travel industry- all you do is ask and they will make it happen whether it's an upgrade or a better rate. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their agency and can't say enough wonderful things about their staff! They are there to serve night and day and you would think because they are based out of Bentonville you would feel weary about not having someone face to face if you live out of state but I can confirm that even living in California this agency makes great efforts both by phone and e-mail to contact you whenever you need them to. Don't pass up their services especially if you are looking to go to St. Lucia or a Sandals resort.
In addition, to all my agents rapid communication, she personally knew some of the managers of the resorts, specifically the Sandals St. Lucian Grande and for us, she went well and above to make sure our stay there was nothing short of perfection! While in St. Lucia, we experienced a few small problems but she made sure to call the managers of both resorts we were staying at, called us to check in and sent several e-mails to make sure we were nothing short of happy. Her efforts go way beyond the normal call of duty and it's clear that she really invests herself with each and every client, not just because it's her job but because it's in her heart.
We will be using Barefoot Escapes Travel for all of our travel plans in the future and wish their business nothing but well wishes for years to come!

Thank you Barefoot Escapes Travel for sending us to paradise! Who would have thought there could be such a beautiful place on earth. St. Lucia; Ladera Resort & Spa was spectacular to say the least. Our accommodations were excellent thanks to you. Everything you suggested to do we did and you were right! How wonderful it was to have you scope it out for us so that we could make the most of our time there.
It was the perfect balance of rest, romance and exploration. The helicopter ride, the day cruise, the hiking, the food, the ocean, the sun, the mountains, the spa services, the new friends, and last but not least the most relaxing environment in the most beautiful setting in the Caribbean!
When we got back home everyone asked "How was your trip?' and we both said "No pressure man!"

We had a WONDERFUL time in Hawaii at the Aston! The hotel was incredible, very friendly and still bright and shiny faces even at 1:30am. I barely got out any words before he mentioned that he knew it was our honeymoon and he had put us on the top floor (25) and facing the direction we had requested. Incredible view.
At check in we received 2 zip up baskets that were used for breakfast in the morning so we could take it with us to the beach. We also had live music each morning. The hotel was in a great location, only half mile or so from the
international market and right next to the Honolulu zoo (Wife loved!!!). One of the perks my wife loved the most was the fact we didn't have drive anywhere! We were picked up, without any problems, by each activity right on time. Our snorkel guy was a little weird and almost10 min late but it didn't seem to bother us too much afterward because
he hooked us up at the bay and we saw some beautiful fish, including a sea turtle as well! By the way, Alison you were correct on the Polynesian Cultural Center. That place was terrific.
We have agreed that next time we go
we want to spend a full day there instead of a half day. We had no idea there was so much. But the Lau they had us anniversary/honeymoons come up on stage and dance. Very cool! And the main show was pretty neat as well. But like I said, we had no complaints at all, we were not forgotten and did not have to worry about anything the whole time we were there. It was relaxing! We did not want to leave at all. It was almost depressing when we had to.
But overall we could not have asked for a better honeymoon and we thank you so very much for taking care of us. Thank you very much Barefoot Escapes Travel!

We recently took our honeymoon to Tahiti! Barefoot Escapes Travel was extremely knowledgeable on the South Pacific Islands and we were so impressed from the start! We started out calling a bunch of local travel agents that lacked customer service and who couldn't get us good prices. I saw the Barefoot Escapes Travels name and tons of positive feedback on several websites so I called them. They were available 24-7 for questions, etc. and really helped us figure out where to go based on our budget, things we wanted out of our trip, etc. They knew a wealth of information about all of the Tahitian Islands. While we were on our honeymoon, our agent even called his contacts to check up on us and we got a room upgrades at both resorts in Moorea and Bora Bora; it was very reassuring knowing they were only a phone call away or email away if we needed them while on our trip. I highly recommend anyone to Barefoot Escapes Travel looking for a travel agency with many ideas, a wealth of knowledge and will do anything to get you the best prices... We'll use them again in the future without a doubt. They are amazing!

My wedding was scheduled for this weekend in Cancun, Mexico, but due to Hurricane Wilma our plan and dreams were demolished…well at least I thought. All I can say is thank goodness for Barefoot Escapes Travel. The agents at Barefoot Escapes were my guardian angels! They were the ones I booked my trip through. If it were not for them I would not have been informed (min to min) on what was going on in Mexico and more importantly what my options were. I would have been going psycho if I did not know if our plane was going to be taking off or if it was going be canceled. They kept me informed almost hourly. They were there for me professionally and personally. I was a wreck and they got me through it. They were able to rebook our trip right away. After going over ton of different options, the pros and cons, pricing and so on (they spent hours with me) we finally made a decision to rebook the trip to Jamaica at the Royal Plantation. I am so happy and blessed. I am getting more than I ever expected. They worked with me under pressure and always kept my spirits high. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Barefoot Escapes Travel. This was by far our favorite vacation yet which we have booked with Barefoot Escapes Travel! We loved Negril and we loved Sandals Negril. The service was awesome from the time we landed at the airport in Montego Bay until they dropped us back off to come home. We ended up renting a cabana at the resort for 6 days in a row. It was amazing. It made for a very romantic setting. We will be going back for sure!

Couples Swept Away is a fantastic resort! This was our 6th visit to Couples and Couples Swept Away is by far, the best. The beachfront room was worth the extra expense and we would highly recommend a beachfront verandah suite. Lots of activities (tennis and instruction were fantastic) and the food was delicious with an emphasis on healthy but tasty dishes. Barefoot Escapes as always, was great and a pleasure to work with.

Dreams Tulum was beautiful smaller scale resort, people friendly, helpful and bilingual. Nice place to go if you want good weather, the beach and drinks. It's a great place to relax and unwind. The food was excellent. Drinks and bar staff were fabulous. Not too crowded - no annoying time share people hounding us. Exactly what we were looking for - a nice, quiet beach to enjoy, friendly service, and a great place to relax. Very hard working staff - looking forward to another visit, thanks Barefoot Escapes for planning a relaxing vacation getaway for our family!

Couples Sans Souci was wonderful! We would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a laid back honeymoon. The resort was everything that it advertised and they should be complimented on how well the service staff performed their duties. We truly enjoyed the beach, dining, and especially the service staff. This was our 4th trip to Couples Ocho Rios and it was everything we expected. The new name of the resort is Couples Tower Isle as they have completely renovated the property from ground up- WOW FACTOR is all I can say since words can not come close to describing the new property! Overall, this was the best vacation we have had and we can't wait until next year to do it again!! Couples Tower Isle and Barefoot Escapes Travel were everything we expected and more. We could not have asked for a better vacation!

Excellence Playa Mujeres is absolutely beautiful and the staff is very friendly and really made the experience memorable- you must get a 2 story roof top suite room. The resort provided us with endless activities and excursions but was also the perfect setting to just relax too. We absolutely loved Excellence Playa Mujeres and would highly recommend it as we have stayed at other Excellence properties such in the Riviera Maya and Punta Cana! There's plenty to do, but plenty of opportunity to do nothing as well! We have been very happy with our travel agency Barefoot Escapes Travel. I only wish we could get away on a vacation more often!

Dreams Puerto Vallarta this place is amazing, the staff is great, the location is the best in all of Vallarta, the location is most popular for its beach (clean, warm, and just plain beautiful!!!)
I can't think of one thing that went wrong, or I can complain about... when going out we met different people that were staying in different resorts, none of them were nearly as happy with their hotels as we were and were amazed with what was offered to us at Dreams! I won't ever consider staying at any other resort when I return. In fact, after hearing what a great resort, and price plan Dreams Puerto Vallarta is..... my family of 20 is planning a trip there by the end of this year!!! Thanks for making our vacation the best Barefoot Escapes Travel and by far finding the best price.

Thanks to Barefoot Escapes travel our group had a wonderful stay at Paradisus Playa Conchal! Food was very good, breakfast was outstanding! Great views from our royal suite (adults only section). A little quiet at night, but perfectly suited for couples. The weather and location were top notch Really great staff - would travel back here in a heartbeat! Our travel agent was even able to get us upgraded from our standard room which we booked to the Royal section of the property. This upgrade alone was over an $800.00 value per room- and we had 15 rooms! Kudos Barefoot Escapes; what a dedicated staff going above and beyond expectations of pleasing their guests!
